Recently on our weekly Wednesday prayer call I shared four keys to building our inner man. There’s more that can be expounded on with each key. This is just a start, so I encourage y’all to dig deeper and find more gold!
We are in this together and our best days are here! Decreeing Abba’s abundance, favor and shalom over every area of your lives!
Much Love,

FOUR KEYS TO BUILDING OUR INNER MAN
1. BEING WITH JESUS
Scriptures:
* Acts 4:13
* Luke 10:42
* 2 Cor. 2:14-16
Being with and sitting at the feet of Jesus, leaves a holy residue of His presence that lingers over our lives and it overflows as confidence, authority, oil, healing and favor flow from our lives and bring transformation to others around us.
2. IMMERSE OURSELVES IN THE WORD
Scriptures:
* Hebrews 14:12
* John 1:14
The Word of God carries powerful seeds that will come alive in the soil of our hearts. As we immerse ourselves in the Word…we not only read the Word but the Word reads us. The Word is powerful to separate the soul and spirit and renews our mind, aligns our thoughts to His thoughts and brings stability to our emotions.
3. PRAYING IN THE SPIRIT
Scriptures:
* Jude 17-20
* 1 Corinthians 2:10-16
* Eph. 1:17-19
Praying in the Spirit releases supernatural wisdom, insight, revelation and discernment. Praying in the Spirit builds & strengthens our inner man.
Praying in the Spirit causes things to shift in our destiny, opens doors and brings Heaven’s timing into our lives.
Praying in the Spirit activates the gifts and fruit of the Spirit so we can be carriers of His Kingdom in our world. At any given moment, (at Target or at Sprouts lol) we can be used by Him to intercede for someone, pray for healing, or give a word of knowledge to someone around us who needs an encounter with Jesus with skin on. That’s you! That’s me!
4. Praise & Gratitude
Scriptures:
* Phil. 3:4-8
* Psalm 63:3
* Psalm 119:164
David says in Psalm 119:164, “seven times a day I praise You, because of Your righteous ordinances.” Whooaahh!! That got me thinking, how often throughout my day am I resorting to negativity, complaining and criticism in comparison to how often do I choose to PRAISE Him? It takes His Spirit empowering us, to PRAISE HIM EVEN WHEN NOTHING SEEMS TO BE HAPPENING OR EVEN WHEN THINGS HAVE NOT TURNED OUT THE WAY WE HAD EXPECTED. Praise is a powerful weapon in our arsenal!
Inspired by my sister Susanna, (thanks girl!) my family began a daily routine where we randomly yell out throughout the day:
THANK YOU TIME
Then we each mention THREE people or specific things we’re thankful for. Using this practice keeps our heart and perspective on being grateful. God loves to hear from a thankful heart! Remember the one leper who came back to Jesus to thank Him? (Luke 17:11-19)
