In all of the joys, new beginnings, losses, or disappointments of life we all have walked through in 2017, my firm and strong conviction is this: God’s unchanging, unfailing goodness and His unwavering Truth is the BEST foundation to build our lives on!

When we choose to listen to His Voice and follow His Spirit, He redeems the delays, detours and denials (the denials may have actually been for our protection! #selah) and weaves a beautiful picture of His ultimate plan and purpose for our lives. NOTHING is too messed up or hopeless for the Lord to redeem and restore. He’s better than we think and bigger than our failures. All we need to “do” is believe in Him.

His appointed (decided on beforehand), favorable (gracious) time is perfect and He has a brilliant track record of fulfilling His promises. So trust in His heart, release the doubts, fears and hope deferred feelings to Him, and be diligent and effective in your sphere of influence, from the place of simply enjoying relationship with the One who pursues us relentlessly with His kindness!

This is what I’m believing for this new year, from January through December, all 365 days and in all 525,600 minutes of 2018, to be a Year of God’s Appointed, Set and Favorable Time!
