This prayer and the lyrics to this song have been on replay in my heart. It’s uncomfortable to pray/sing, in a good way…hahaha…but definitely worth it for the heart. During this season of Lent and everyday, may our prayer and desire always be for CHRIST. Not for adulation, or to gain our identity, purpose or significance from what we do and how accomplished we are, (nothing wrong with that…but I believe our worth comes from Christ Jesus…), but rather a deep contentment in HIM alone and in His Presence that truly satisfies.
